The business was founded and is run by Stephen Asbury:

He has 25 years experience in designing and directing complex strategic performance programmes across a range of industries. Before joining Gemini as Senior Vice President, Stephen was a partner at Deloitte Consulting. Stephen’s original background was in construction and project management. He is the co-author of The Winning Way (1989), a best selling South African business book, and numerous published articles.
Our panel of senior international specialists includes:

As a Vice President, James played various leadership roles in Capgemini’s utilities global business unit. He is now based in the United States.
William Gordon – Retail and Business Transformation

Sir Terry has said his partnership with William was critical to his early success as CEO. William divides his time between France, Barbados and South Africa.
Alan Meekings – Organisational Performance Management
Born in the UK and educated at Cambridge University, Alan left Gemini Consulting in 2001 (as the longest serving VP in Europe) in order to help organisations optimise performance by improving the way they are managed, thereby enabling downstream improvement in the way their work gets done. His leading approach to optimising performance not only delivers ‘more for less’ (within weeks rather than months) but also creates a sustainable capability for continual improvement, such that organisations can stay ahead of competitors and fundamental changes in the environment. Alan is based in the United Kingdom.
